FOLEY, AL — The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the City of Foley joined leadership from BJ’s Wholesale Club on September 24 for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the company’s new location in Foley, Alabama. The facility officially opened its doors to shoppers the following morning, September 25.

The new 106,370-square-foot club marks BJ’s second location in Alabama and the very first wholesale club in South Baldwin County. The development brings unbeatable value, convenient shopping options, and new local job opportunities to residents across coastal Alabama.

The South Baldwin Chamber is thrilled to officially welcome BJ’s Wholesale Club to Foley and South Baldwin County. This location is a significant addition to our local retail landscape, offering our residents expanded options for everyday essentials, fresh food, and fuel right in our backyard.

The new Foley location features a wide selection of fresh foods, produce, full-service deli items, household essentials, technology, apparel, and seasonal items. Additionally, the site includes an on-site BJ’s Gas station, providing members with extra savings on fuel.

Local city officials and Chamber members participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the partnership and economic growth BJ’s brings to the community.
