Hi, I’m Chelsie, the founder of HoneyComb Workflow Studio and a new member of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce.

During my 16 years in hospitality and event operations, I’ve spent plenty of time chasing details, updating information in multiple places, and making sure nothing gets missed between departments. Along the way, I started finding ways to make those tasks easier for myself and the people around me.

I noticed that useful features in programs we already used often went untouched. Sometimes nobody knew they were there. Other times, nobody had the time or knew how to set them up.

I’ve always enjoyed connecting those dots, looking at how work moves from one person or program to another and asking, “Could we make this easier?” That’s what led me to start HoneyComb.

I help small businesses organize information, connect apps, automate follow-ups, and build clearer processes around how their team actually works. That might mean putting existing software to better use or making a spreadsheet easier to manage. It starts with understanding what’s taking up your time and getting in your way.
