ORANGE BEACH, Ala. – Columbia Southern University (CSU) invites local job seekers to a career fair Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The career fair will take place at the CSU campus (21982 University Lane, Orange Beach, AL, 36561) in the Joseph A. Manjone Center for Continuing Education.

The event, hosted by Columbia Southern University’s Department of Human Resources, will seek to fill positions which are currently available at the university and those that will be available over the next several months. The department hopes to link local talent with job openings and support attendees with career exploration and interviewing experience. 

The university offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance options for all full-time employees, as well as a 401(k) plan, among other benefits. Full-time employees and their eligible family members receive discounted tuition rates for degree and certificate programs. Professional development opportunities are available. 

A high school diploma or general education development (GED) is required for candidates to participate. Candidates may include recent high school graduates, college students, trade or vocational school graduates, or professionals seeking career changes.
