FOLEY, Ala. — The City of Foley is preparing for another evening of family-friendly Halloween fun as Hometown Halloween returns Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in Downtown Foley.

As planning gets underway, the City is inviting downtown businesses, local organizations and community partners to participate in this year's celebration.

Hometown Halloween has continued to grow each year, bringing families into Downtown Foley for a safe and welcoming Halloween experience. With that growth, organizers are working to make this year's event easier to navigate, safer and even more enjoyable for participating businesses, vendors and guests.

Businesses located along the event's participating streets are encouraged to get involved, but participation is not limited to those locations. Businesses and organizations located outside the participating streets may also apply for a booth during the event.

"We really appreciate everyone who has helped give this event a reputation for safe family fun throughout our community," said Prisila Hughes, City of Foley Director of Destination & Events Services. "We're looking forward to making this year's Halloween event better than ever."

Businesses and organizations interested in participating should complete the 2026 Hometown Halloween Registration Form included with this release and return it according to the instructions provided on the form.
