Baldwin County Commission will soon launch the Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP), designed to help eligible residents purchase a home in Baldwin County.

To help residents learn more about the program, Baldwin County Grants Department will host a series of public information meetings across the county where attendees can learn about:

• Program eligibility
• Available financial assistance
• Application steps
• How to prepare to apply

Meeting Locations and Dates

Monday, May 18, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Baldwin County Commission Chambers, County Administration Building at 322 Courthouse Square, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507

Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Baldwin County Courthouse Annex Auditorium at 22251 Palmer Street, Robertsdale, Alabama 36567

Each meeting will include a program overview followed by time for questions. These meetings are open to Baldwin County residents, housing partners, lenders, realtors, and community organizations.
