Eco Clean Marine partnered with MarineMax of Fort Walton for the exciting 2nd Annual Boat Pickup, bringing volunteers together for a meaningful day on the water in Fort Walton Beach.

Launching from MarineMax of Fort Walton, 10 dedicated volunteers spent 3 hours cruising through local waterways and shoreline areas, collecting a total of 10 five-gallon buckets of trash along the way.

The cleanup combined community, conservation, and adventure as volunteers worked together by boat to remove litter from areas that are often difficult to reach by land. From floating debris to hidden shoreline trash, every bucket collected helped protect marine life and preserve the beauty of the Gulf Coast.

What made the event especially memorable was the energy and teamwork shared throughout the day. Volunteers not only made a visible impact on the waterways, but also demonstrated how much can be accomplished when people come together with a shared purpose.

“Every cleanup is a reminder that protecting our waterways takes consistent community effort,” said Courtney Dombroski, Founder and CEO of Eco Clean Marine. “Seeing volunteers come together out on the water to make a difference is incredibly inspiring and shows the power of collective action.”

Events like the Annual Boat Pickup continue to highlight the importance of protecting coastal environments and keeping local waterways clean for future generations. Eco Clean Marine remains committed to creating hands-on opportunities for communities to take action and make a difference.

A huge thank you goes out to every volunteer and to MarineMax of Fort Walton for helping make this cleanup another successful and impactful event 💙
