Rich was a chef in New Orleans' French Quarter for 40 years before deciding to venture out on his own. But, he is not alone. His wife, Pam, left her career as a Real Estate professional and they now work side by side to provide an enjoyable experience that includes a diverse variety of authentic Italian flavors served up in a friendly, family run atmosphere.
