AIDT Leadership Skills Training:

South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation in partnership with AIDT (Alabama Industrial Development Training), are proud to offer a high-impact Leadership Skills Training program designed to help individuals become more effective leaders, drive team success, and improve overall job performance.
This program is structured as a three-part series, with each course building upon the last. Completion of all three monthly sessions and successful passing of the associated online assessments are required to earn your valuable AIDT Leadership Skills certification.

Full Course Schedule:
Leadership Skills 1 is an introductory leadership development course designed to equip emerging and experienced leaders with the essential skills to lead people effectively in today’s diverse, fast-changing workplace. Participants will explore core leadership principles while developing practical tools they can immediately apply to their teams and organizations.
Key Objectives:
- Lead with Clarity: Set expectations, provide direction, and build trust to lead with integrity and purpose.
- Master Communication: Introduce techniques to help leaders write and share information, actively listen, and tailor messages to different audiences and situations.
- Strengthen Collaboration: Define roles, run effective meetings, and support team decisions to boost cohesion and problem-solving.
- Understand Generational Differences: Reduce misunderstandings, improve collaboration, and increase innovation across diverse teams.
Registration & Attendance Requirements
- Pre-registration is required. No on-site registration will be available.
- Limited Capacity: Classes are limited to 20 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Completion: Participants must attend each class in full and successfully pass an online assessment at the end of each session to receive their final certificate.
- Tracking: You must provide an active email address for participation tracking and certification purposes.
